There isn't much we can do to people that we don't even know... But if I ever saw someone doing that I would CHOP THEIR HEAD OFF!!!!!! lol

we need to raise awareness...many people don't see it as a crime..we must speak out and inform others of why it's wrong and why it's harmful to themselves as well as the animals..a lot of abuse, in a different sense of the word, also comes from the shelters. we need to protest against the living conditions of animals in shelters..it's just not right.
